Describe your idea Who will benefit from your idea? What are its goals? How will you use your local Pepsi Refresh Grant money? When can you start your project and how long will it take to complete? Will you need other people to help you? What challenges will you face? And what steps must you accomplish to make your project a success? The best submissions are likely to be detailed and concise. Decide on a Refresh Grant amount (up to $5,000) Tell us how much funding you need to bring your idea to life. Provide a detailed breakdown of how your plan to use the funds. Be realistic and accurate.
Describe your knowledge or experience Tell us why your idea is important to you. This is your chance to tell everyone what you care about and what you know about the need in your community that your idea will assist with. (max. 50 words)
For the next two questions keep in mind, your project must be completed or have measurable results by the end of 2010. Answer if your project is intended to be ongoing: If your project is intended to continue for an unspecified amount of time, describe the resources you hope to enlist to insure its continuation and what steps you will take to make sure that it happens. Since your project has no end date, provide a timeframe when you feel there will be measurable results. (max. 50 words)
Answer if your project is a one time event or activity: If your project is a one time event or activity, describe the lasting benefit you expect to occur and when your project will be complete. (max. 25 words)
Describe the geographic area of impact Local Pepsi Refresh Grants will be awarded to projects that benefit the local communities where Gillette Pepsi-Cola Companies distributes.
